The prices Sabrina Dianne charges for using our services / products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, without notice and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to paid services will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

Right To Suspend or Cancel User Account

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

If in our sole determination you violate any provision of these terms or any applicable law or regulations we may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to paid services will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Returns, Refund Policy and Fees

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

For multiple consultation sessions: (i) proposals are good for 7 days: (ii) once you are in approval of the proposal, a 35% deposit will be due upon approval to secure your event dates: (iii) you will receive an email with an invoice where you will be able to make your payment(s). We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, Zelle, Chase, CashApp and Apple Pay which may be subject to a 3.5% processing fee: (iv) the estimated amount given in a proposal is not a fixed amount and is subject to change based on actual charges, final guest counts and any additional charges approved by the Client: (v) refunds for multiple consultation sessions may be requested within 5 days of initial payment, otherwise it is non-refundable: (vi) final payments for multiple consultation sessions are due within 14 days of your initial session. At 12 days you risk cancellation of your event for non-payment. At 10 days prior to your initial session, it will be canceled for non-payment. You may be reinstated by paying 25% additional to your original costs: (vii) multiple consultation sessions proposal serves as both a proposal and contract, once you have submitted your funds, this contract is considered valid. Although not required, gratuity is accepted. For pick-up items: (i) check your items before leaving location to ensure your satisfaction of the product: (ii) once pick-up items have left pick-up location they can not for any reason be returned or exchanged.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Sale items and special promotion offers receive quality inspection before being shipped via mail services or pick up services. We have no refund policy for online purchases, no exchange policy, and all our sales are final.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos

Services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Sabrina Simpson and Sabrina Dianne Limited Liability Company. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
